Ben's research focuses on assessing the fate, transport, and mechanistic controls driving inadvertent geogenic metals (arsenic, manganese, iron, etc.) solubilization during managed aquifer recharge and  understanding how these processes impact groundwater quality, and are affected by alternating oxic-anoxic (dry-wet) cycling during infiltration and carbon availability.

My research currently explores RNA codes and neural-specific alternative splicing in neurological diseases like Alzheimer's.

William's research evaluates the fundamental biomolecular recognition of small molecules with proteins of interest using computational tools and theory to discern and quantify conformational changes and interactions that dictate binding affinity.
